The Bitdefender GravityZone offers several security features that are divided into Modules.
When you create a new software package you decide which module you want to be installed on a machine.

This module is available for all above mentioned operating systems.
Advanced Thread Control
This module is available only for Windows desktop and server operating systems, except:
● Windows XP (64-bit)
● Windows Server 2003 / Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit, 64-bit)
Firewall
This module is available only for Windows desktops, except:
● Windows XP with Service Pack 2 64 bit
● Windows XP with Service Pack 3
Content Control
This module is available only for Windows desktops, except:
● Windows XP with Service Pack 2 64 bit
● Windows XP with Service Pack 3
Device Control
This module is available only for supported Windows desktop and server operating systems, except:
● Windows XP (64-bit)

Relay
This role is available only for Windows desktop and server operating systems.
Full Disk Encryption
GravityZone Full Disk Encryption allows you to operate BitLocker Drive Encryption on Windows endpoints and FileVault on Mac endpoints via Control Center.
On Windows
GravityZone Encryption supports BitLocker on machines with Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip, starting with version 1.2, and on non-TPM machines.
GravityZone supports BitLocker on the endpoints with the following operating systems:

Important
GravityZone does not support encryption on Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 without TPM.

On Mac
GravityZone supports FileVault on Mac endpoints running the following operating systems:
- OS X Mavericks (10.9)
- OS X Yosemite (10.10)
- OS X El Capitan (10.11)
- MacOS Sierra (10.12)
Note
On Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), you can install the Bitdefender agent, but the Encryption module will not be available.
